Zwei Sinclair is pretty good for inflicting Tremor Count, though it's only from his S3, so If you want a tank that can inflict Tremor Count, you can use Zwei Sinclair.. But I'd rather recommend you to use Yurodivy Ryoshu instead if need some counts..
Cinq Meursault is kinda.. Interesting.. Because he can be a savior for Rupture by not consuming any Rupture counts from all of his skills, as well as helping Rupture Team to have better clashing (My friend who is Rupture Main said that Rupture still having hard time at clashing). But i think he can still perform well outside Rupture, since his conditional doesn't dependant on Rupture, but speed difference
