    Dock Ellis was traded after the ‘75 season to the Yankees (Willie Randolph also arrived in that trade) where he won 17 games in 1976. He then squabbled for more money and was subsequently traded to Oakland in ‘77 for Mike Torrez, who would help the Yankees win the World Series that year with two wins in the fall classic.
