I also avoid over hyped or viral fragrances because I always feel like they’re watered down or changes due to a sudden demand
Like Choco Musk to some degree. Recent bottles don’t smell as good as before it was hyped up.
I adore Yara. Everything that’s smells like lactonic or marshmallows is my jam 😅

Let Ana Abiyedh Poudree rest.... that is a beautiful scent.. I think It was made to be a layering scent cause babyyyy I layer it with everything 😂😂

It’s perfume decluttering time! I will give away my Lattafas when I go to my country for the summer holidays… and will start fresh in September. I don’t regret buying them, most of them have a good price/quality ratio.
I guess I will give Maison Alhambra a chance (Lattafa siblings) and other brands here in UAE.
You know funny enough, I have not tried Maison AlHambra yet. I dont know why I just don't gravitate towards it. I will also be doing a declutter end of the year when my family visits me and they can have them 😂😂😂

Hahahaa my famous hubby is being very pricey off late. I really want cherry punk but it is not available in UAE 😩😩😩 I will make a cherry compilation soon babe ❤️
I have Cherry Punk and I find the leather note to be too strong. It’s too… punk lol. I prefer sweeter cherry scents. Or cherry scents with amber.

I have such an issue with Qaed Al Fursan Unlimited but everytime I've worn it, I get compliments especially from women. Go figure. I do like it mixed with the black Qaed Al Fursan though.

That just goes to show, letting a budget perfume macerate is very necessary👍i just purchased Yara Tous, i happen to adore tropical fragrances and yes it's not long lasting but, we get what we pay for🤷♀️
I absolutely agree with you hun. When I get either the diluted scent, or alcohol/ gasoline forward scent, I just know that it needs to be tucked away for a few months ❤
I agree . Ironically , the Yara in the pink bottle seems to last long
We get what we pay for? No, no, no. That is a horrible sentiment. Even a $40 perfume should be good quality. And the majority are. You need to reevaluate your outlook on fragrances. "We get what we pay for" absolutely not. So wrong. Some of my $20 fragrances are stunning and long lasting so your sentiment is so beyond wrong.
@chandracox6814 I agree that there are great quality fragrances that are inexpensive, for certain. However, that's not what I was referring to.
I totally agree with how you feel about yara. It was overhyped and couldnt get those strawberry scent etc as what others mentioned. But i’ll let it macerate again and see how it is after. 😅
My Yara is also macerating although it’s been quite sometime now. I don’t see much of a change unfortunately lol 😂

Hey shirin , love ur content . I generally don’t comment cx m lazy af 😂but yea I am addicted to your channel. Coming to lattafa yard , I absolutely love the one I have . It’s creamy lactonic and needs only few sprays . Moderate projection and I got really good compliments . Could be that you got a bad batch or something ? Also idk where you purchase it from but I heard there r quite fakes being sold a lot these days (yea of lattafa I was shocked ) so we gotta be aware .
But this has become favorite of so many people around me tbh!
It’s true, when I heard her review on it I also thought that maybe she got a bad batch. It’s my personal favorite too and one of the perfumes that must ALWAYS exist in my wardrobe, especially for everyday wear. Very gentle and yummy. I hope she’ll try again, perhaps with a smaller bottle from a different seller 😊
I have morhaf and i also don't reach for it too often... I try to layer it to make it less sharp, but it seems very strong...
I know what you mean! It overshadows everything. I tried to mix citrus hoping it would cut the sweetness but nooooo! This guy is a tyrant and wants to rule lol 😂😂😂
I think ana abiyedh rouge is nice but the al Haramain Amber rouge in my opinion is way better even though it’s a dupe for the extrait and not the regular version, manasib by lattafa is also a nice dupe version of the br540
Hello my gorgeous hun 😊❤ I have not tried the Amber Oud yet, can you believe that? Lol. I do however have the Al Haramain French Collection Rouge which is also from the same DNA. Funny enough, I cannot smell this DNA on myself but others can. I think it is the Ambroxan with Iso E maybe?
The best dupe for BR540 is the one from Orientica called Amber Rouge. I've tried them all including the OG fragrance and this is the best dupe by far.
I over sprayed yara moi and i got many compliments. Thing with moi on yourselves it smells questionable but to others around you it smells great . A girl hunted me for the smell.
I’m so glad you mentioned Qa’ed Al Fursan Unlimited. It is AWFUL, I can’t take it. The notes are all over the place

You successfully influence me, whenever you say that you hate some perfume then i will pay more attention cause you hate lactonic and i love lactonic, so basically i buy the perfumes which you don't like😂
Me too i cannot smell Yara. Maybe there's something wrong with my sense of smell since contracting the COVID virus last year.
You know, my sense of smell also changed sooooo much after Covid. I had the Delta and it was horrendous. But Yara is a super weak scent, so your nose is not wrong there hehe ❤
Hi Simin. Dirham Wardi was disappointing to me as well. I recently got a perfume called Baini wa Bainak by Ard al Zaafaran. No one's reviewed it yet. Would you mind doing a review of it? I enjoy watching your videos

I love dirham & I’m not a floral or fresh scent kinda girl, my nieces wore it for Eid after showering & I couldn’t help but smell it lingering in my room, it’s so nice for spring/ summer after a shower with Middle Eastern vibes, sweet & fresh

I cannot stand musk mood, oud mood . Or anything in that whole series from Lattafa,
I just cannot smell of any of them. . I like shaghaf in the gold bottle. I love Yara. I don’t think the scent is terrible and actually stays for quite some time on my skin. It may not be earthshaking, but it is a decent scent for those who can’t afford better. But musk mood is a no go for me.
Heyaaa! Musk mood makes my stomach turn lol. But Oud Mood is pure love for me. Shaghaf Gold is a Legend! I love it so much! ❤ I wish Yara was a little stronger. The scent is not terrible but it is too weak to the nose. Maybe it need a long term maceration ❤❤❤

Yara moi doesn’t smell like Bon Bon at all to me , it reminds me more of a Dior perfume cause it’s very flowery but to me it has some weird after smell that smells little like “bread/yeast” in my nose
Oh nooooo. I can imagine gosh! I will try the perfume again and see If I get that yeasty vibe. I do smells something edible like toffee sweet or something but I think mine needs maceration coz I can barely smell it 😊❤

is Yara Moi and Fursan unlimited has similar scent? the white bottle give such impression.
No no babe. They are very different. Yara Moi is less Musky. Fursan Unlimited has that Milk powder scent and is quite lactonic

Our taste in perfumes couldn't be any more opposite. I watch your "hate" videos in order to see which perfume I WILL purchase. And anything you say that you enjoy, I make sure to stay away from. Lol. Poudree is strong and fantastic!!

SHA GHAF HER needs to macerate! Trust me! It gets so deep and nice afterwards. When I don't know what perfume to wear this is my easy reach.
Some people just don't like it, even after maceration. Trust me, we've been in the frag world for years and years and know about maceration. Not everyone likes a perfume.
I like the perfume and just said to give it a last shot, of course it’s subjective whether someone likes it or not, it’s perfume for crying out loud. Still doesn’t change that after maceration this particular perfume does get better and better hence why I recommend it :) nobody said “ you haven’t been in fragrance world for years and years and don’t know about maceration”. If you felt like it was a personal attack then honestly go to therapy, cause getting so worked up over me trying to be nice is weird. It genuinely was just a nice tip I wanted to give Sim :)
I got Opulent Rouge because it is supposed to have the BR540 vibe and the scent of gasoline was overpowering in that perfume. I cant stand to smell it.

It's Opulent Musk that has BR540 vibes not Opulent Red
I got the wardi and at first spray its HORRIBLE but once it dries down it does have that warm Good Girl scent....im so sad because i have been having the absolute worst luck with all these middle eastern fragrances.... every one of the five i bought are BADDDD except the Choco musk
Stop falling for the hype and do your own research and then you'll have better luck on which fragrances to choose.
Dirham Wardi is such a weak performance perfume. It is fresh sweet perfume good for Spring but nothing enchanting. Its basic perfume. I'm thinking to give it away too.
Another perfume that didn't work for me is Lattafa Royal Blends . I find it basic for me . Its a perfect unisex perfume but i gave it to my brother and it suits him.
I cannot stand Dirham Wardi. From the bottle to the scent itself. I think because I absolutely dislike CH Good Girl (Yea I am one of those odd balls). But mine is very potent! The same goes with Ard Al Zaafaran Bint Hooran, which is a closer dupe to CH GG.
I kinda love Royal Blends Gold. It has some fruity thingy which I love. I dunno if it is plum or something that is ripe to almost gone bad. Not everyone like that note especially with powdery nuances that Khaltat Royal Blends has
@siminshaikh I’m curious 🧐 do you like Carolina Herrera VERY Good Girl? I think I love it but I’m not sure 😅 I definitely hate CH Good Girl. There is an oppressive note in the opening that just puts me off
I cannot stand Ansaam and Musk Mood from Lattafa. I am also on the fence about Awaan, Royal Blends and Yara 😷

Hahahaa yea, I have not worn Ansaam since this review. And I dont think I ever will. It irks me the wrong way like a bad memory. I have yet to try Awaan. But I adore Royal Blend (Gold) hehe. I know many who get absolutely repulsed by it. But it is only for colder climes for me. Yara is in limbo 😂😂😂

No absolutely NOT! I own both and Zadig and Voltaire This is Her is one of my favorite fragrances of all time. Al Fursan Unlimited is atrocious and a horrible synthetic pineapple 🍍 fragrance. Nothing like This is Her. I'm not understanding the reference made in this video either.

Yara i dont hate it but i also dont love it . Morhaf i hate it from the first sniff only still i dont spray on my skin. Burberry black extremely hate it. Awaan also due to patchouli i hate it. Alive Now ( alhambra) i dont hate but dont enjoy it. I hv tried 2 to 3 times but no😅😅. Oud satin mood ( Paris corner) something is there which hits my nose nd i dont like it might be violet i dont know?? U will not believe i dont like ysl libre intense 😂😂 it gives me masculine vibe may be lavender note i dont like it.😢 By the way i hv full 100 ml bottle. Whenever u come here let me know i will give u happily becoz i know u love libre intense. Love u dear tc ❤❤❤❤

You know I used to hate Patchouli. Actually some combinations I still do not like. But I have grown to like patchouli. Awaan is on my buy list 😅 Noooooooo I cant believe you do not like Libre! But I know the feeling. Many users got really thrown off by the Lavender accord which is quite strong in it. BTW Infini rose is in my Cart and waiting for payment LMAO! Heya Hun! Isn't it so cool when you meet like minded people? If Poudree was a little stronger, I would have used it for layering. But it is so so weak that it is barely a scent at all. My BBW mists are stronger 😂
I have zero interest in Yara. I try to find hidden gems as opposed to fragrances that are hyped up on social media. It drives me crazy when that happens.

I can’t stand qa’ed Al fursan. I purchased it online because of good reviews and thankfully I was able to return it for a refund.

@@SiminShaikh while I haven’t tried that many Middle Eastern perfumes, another one I can’t bear is Ajwad. The scent lingered in my bedroom for days! The packaging is beautiful though.

I recently went to al Haramain and I tried Rawaa and Maryam. I quite liked Maryam and Rawaa was neither Yay or Nay! 😂😂😂

I have not tried Odyssey Femme yet but I am kinda obsessed with wearing Amethyst at night lol 😂 Have you tried mixing the Amethyst with any of your Oud dominant perfumes?
