Rusty recently took over as the manager of a small motel. He has been very active in his community and local politics for much of his life, and feels strongly that grass-roots efforts are required to drive any significant changes in government.

I just bought 35 acres west of Trinidad and I hope to retire soon there. I bought in Trinidad for the low property taxes. The property is off the grid in the Colorado canyon subdivision.
