- Early Entry is back at Disney California Adventure and it's different than how it used to be. Disney used to offer Magical Mornings NOW it offers Early Entry and it is very different that Disneyland.

We're pretty new to your channel (binge watched multiple videos already), and I love the content. I never thought I'd be a pass holder, it was just something that I wouldn't have been into in the past. I am in a relationship with someone who's had passes for years. My favorite locations in parks are Avengers Campus and Batuu...but I love the vids on Easter eggs because the group I frequently visit with doesn't know about 90% of the one's you share. I want to thank you for making me feel like some kind of obscure tour guide. We really hope to bump into you guys at some point in the near future. Hi, Chris! I live in Brazil and right now I'm planning my third trip to Disneyland. My last time was in 2015, and I can't thank you enough for all the great info you provide. I just love the feeling of anticipation before a Disney trip, and your videos make it even better! Hope I'll bump into you around the parks!

Didn't realize Disneyland did early entry. I remember doing it at Disney World, but there it made a lot more sense to stay on property (at the time parking was free, and there was a "free dining" promotion) plus it was very chillaxing as it was truly a slow time of the year so you didn't need to feel rushed for anything. Disneyland however, the prices for on site hotel rooms are disgustingly expensive, and really doesn't feel like there's any benefit over near by hotels other than a shorter walk to the park entrance... and near by hotels/motels probably also give you free parking!!!!

Awesome that this is back! I went there with my daughter in early 2020 and we did the Magic Mornings and it was a lot of fun. Nice to see it return in this form. Hopefully it’ll be available as an extra on a 3 day ticket like it was when we were there.

While DCA is a smaller park than Disneyland, it's trickier to navigate and attractions are throughout the whole park and not in the back. Those 3 rides I'd have picked as they have longer lines. downside is they also "may" have a mechanical. But, you had plenty of others to choose from like IncrediCoaster or Mermaid.

I think I’d pick Soarin’ because I hated standing in that line. It was long and slow and not interesting at all. Get that ride out of the way would be nice. I think I’d be happy standing in the long line at Guardians because there’s so much to look at 😁

I was there few weeks ago with my 6 year old daughter. Your tips help me a lot. I just did the one day pass only and it was our first time there. I was trying to cram everything in one day. Big mistake on my part. We were there also about 7:30am for the opening.
Wish I would had ran into you guys. it would have been nice to say hi. At the end of the day. Its the memories of being there with my daughter that count. She enjoy walking around and experience it with me for our first hand.
Next time will be even more magical. Best part was, she was able to meet Maribel at California adventure.

Great tips! I’ve done the early entry while staying at the Grand Californian. Just like you did, you can get some major rides done with any real wait! That alone makes staying at a Disney hotel worth it!

When I come to Disneyland next year from Australia, I'm thinking of spending my time between staying at Paradise Pier, to get some Early Entry days, and Best Western Stovall's Inn. Great Video today. Take a moment to really look at the water wheel on Grizzly Rapids. It is a type of early turbine engine and a really interesting design that you don't ordinarily see on ornamental water wheels.

Love the tip about waiting to use Genie+ when the parks get crowded I think I’m used to Max Pass, and never consider you can only ride each ride once with Genie+. I will be using the tip in October when we go.

Hi, I'm planning a trip and I'm a bit nervous. My nurse gals and I are staying at paradise pier, I heard there is an entrance there but does it open at the same time as the main gate or do you suggest just go through the entrance at downtown disney to the main gate of DCA? Also how early should I start getting the gals out of the hotel so we can get through security at either downtown disney or the special paradise pier entrance? Thanks BTW for ALL your videos, so informative and special. I watch during my breaks at the hospital and it gets me rejuvenated before heading back to my patients! Hey, I just wanted to tell you thank you for giving very very informative videos. I am visiting Disneyland for the first time ever in my 44 years. Your videos, out of all Disneyland vloggers, have made my trip so fun. Last night I got front row River Belle Terrace Fantasmic tickets. Surprised my wife who is huge Jack Sparrow fan.
