Yes... from yet another introvert...I too know exactly what that is like...and a major thanks to Bob for all the sacrifice he has made on our behalf....woodsmn
Lol. 'I want you near...but not too near.' I laughed at that, mostly because I'm the same way. I like your honesty and I'm glad this year's RTR was a success. I'm hoping to make it next year!
Wise is the man who knows what he needs and makes darn sure he gets it! Have a great week of recharging. Looking forward to hearing about the plan for Summer RTR.
Thank you, Bob, for all your hard work and dedication to the RTR community, and beyond. I've learned so much from watching your videos, and I look forward to the new ones. Go recharge and enjoy the sounds of nature. Take care.
You mentioned a heart condition and made me a little nervous. Please make sure at least 2 people know exactly where you are and check in with them daily. I know you need to recharge alone, but it's still good to know someone can get to you IF you need assistance. Much love and respect o you😀
The purpose of this lifestyle is to remove the stress and enjoy. Please do not ruin yourself for us. I admire you Bob as a fellow introvert, that you organize this event. That is a long event/long time to be surrounded by people, The services and insight you offer is invaluable -- thank you for stepping outside your comfort zone to help the rest of us find our way.
Thank you for reaching out and helping Bob. My husband and I were there for a very short time this past weekend. The RTR and your RUclips video's are helping us find our way towards happiness.
Thank you so much Bob, for ALL you Love❤️ and devotion to the RTR, we all love you so very much, God Bless You and Yours. 🙏🙅🙅🙅❤️💋👏👍🏻, have a great year 👍
Thank you Bob for everything, your inputs and efforts not only help those who went to the camp, USA people but also many others in another countries. Please, take care of your health that is very important and you will not find spares for your tickle in the big tent.
Bob.. you have to be a leader in the sense of which you have to accept help and delegate tasks to others. Easier on yourself.. We love you. Have a good retreat.. You deserve it.
Dear Bob, Please don't stop doing what you do. What a wonderful service to other people. And to see how big it has become tells me it is a great thing. Maybe I can meet everyone some day and you can help me. It is your calling, Sir. Thank you for all you do. Love, Cindy
Getting "peopled out" is something many of us - of introverted nature - really understand. Glad 2017's RTR went well. Looking forward to full-time RV-ing within the next two years and to attend an RTR. Keep well, Bob.
dear Bob - I don't know if you will ever see this comment, but I want to thank you so much for all you do and what you share with the world. For many years I am seeking my escape from a life that is a mere prison and horrortheatre, unfortunately unsuccessfull yet. But in all that, for many years now, your videos are a lifeline to me. They give me hope, courage, strength, love and focus. They help me stay alive and keep my journey going to where I belong and want to be. They help me to keep my focus on my intuition and follow my heart. I may be far away, and I don;t have either a Van or even a drivers' license, so probably irrelevant for you, but you are of tremendous value to me. I thank you so much for how your put your soul in your work and literally save countless lifes - mine as well. It saddens me, and breaks my heart, to hear how you suffer from the one thing that you also accomplish and is one of your greatest successes - the RTRs. I understand completely how you feel, how it drains you and how it takes so much of you. I have been through the same prces years ago in a working capacity, when too many people relied on me, and all life was sucked out of me by many people who needed help and often abused my willingness to give. I too forgot myself, didn;t take good care of myself, and ignored my own needs. And that resulted in a breakdown and absolute healthrisk. I learned that I have to take care of me first, and only when that is at least on a 'glass is half full' mode, I am able to give away again. I hope you can look after yourself well and continue nurturing yoru own needs. I know this video is 7 years ago, but the experience and wisdom of its content are relevant and 'of all times'. I just want to say thank you, and express how your gift to the world is of enormous value to me. You are a rare angel in a world of empty violent shells. Your gift has meaning, has value, and changes the world every day. Much love to you, brother - Jason
Thank you Bob for your spectacular creation of the RTR and the new community members it inspires each year! In the chill of the Northeast I have enjoyed all the RUclips coverage of this desert oasis party! Your hard work is so appreciated by many and it's a beautiful thing to watch. Looking forward to attending one day. Julie
Digoxin? 25yr nurse here-slows and strengthens beats......Have fun w/ Carolyn, u have earned it! PS~Nurses are always reminded that we cannot help others without first being healthy and caring for ourselves.....ENJOY BOB.
spot on Bob...people just don't know what an introvert is....they don't understand that when you're drained you need to grab some time for yourself so that you can be with them and have fun again...good job brother!
Thanks Bob. I have Afib as well. My version isn't constant and my experience is that my Afib is triggered by stress, too much caffeine, and/or dehydration. I take baby aspirin daily. Thanks for all your videos, RTR and the great value and inspiration you provide. Aloha
I know what you guys are talking about with afib, my late husband had this among so many other complications...I really think you should slow down a little..Your body Is speaking to you...but it seems to be in your blood....Yeah recharge, you and Cody too!
Thank you Bob. I came to learn and caught your seminar on last Friday. I shook your hand after you finished. I was amazed to see sure a large number of people there living in that area in larger RV's and fifth wheels, trailers and vans.
I think. you are a wonderful person...role model...visionary...guru and overall kind man. I love watching your videos. I've been a camper all my life but I've never appreciated things as much until I've seen you and your perspectives on living life on our own terms. May God continue to bless you and I hope that you will find a healthy way to treat your heart condition. Be safe my friend.
Wow!! You all are living the life I want! Hoping to retire in a couple of years when my daughter is finished with college. Until then I'm going to do research on what to live in, and I will also live vicariously through all of you!!
Damm Bob I just faulted You on another Video I said that You are not an introvert as You Deal so Well Socially with other great Nomadic Dwellers but I never really knew the true definition of Introvert !!!!! I really get Drained when I am around other People I am a caregiver for my Grandfather and I and my Mother are around each other all the time and because of this I stay up all night so I have time for and By myself so therefore I Sleep later in the Day!!! I feel very unfulfilled if I miss out on alone time!!!!! I certainly appreciate the Education as explained by You on this Informative Video!!!! Thank You Bob !!!!! You are Most Certainly as Smart as any College Professor!!!!! Great Video. I now Know that I am an Introvert!!!!! Sincerely Thomas Raymond of Fresno California!!!!
Bob u have been such an inspiration for me. keep carrying your message and dont let haters stop you. I am planning to leave my house in october. Not because I have to, because my spirit needs the change. I already told my son that we are coming to meet u first off. not to ask anything from u, but to say thank you for showing me how this can be done You are one of my heroes Bob.
Bob, I so appreciate what you do, we hope to join you next year. I also understand the need to crash, you are a wise man to acknowledge what you need and do it your way! My best to you and may all the good things you do to help other lift you up!
Hi Bob I just love watching your videos, I hope to be at the RTR next year to meet you in person. I am a 51 year old widow and want to full time rv this next fall when i send my last child off to college. I always tell my children that you have to take care of yourselves first before you can take care of others. I love to watch your videos along with carolyn's videos you both have soo much to give & to teach others. Have a good rnr this week with cody. Bless you & happy travels.
ty Bob for sharing everything. enjoy your time to yourself with Cody. please be safe,. maybe someday I can meet you. just don't know what the future holds. take care and ty again.
I went most of my life thinking I was an extrovert, but didn't feel comfortable. Your explanation of being alone to recharge was eye opening to me. How I didn't realize I was an introvert is beyond me. Of course this grew over time, still just knowing this consciously makes a huge difference. I don't have to 'feel bad' for wanting my seclusion. Thanks again! B
Well, I can tell you have bounced back from this Jan 23/17 moment in time, because of all the interesting, helpful, heartwarming, uplifting and funness I've enjoyed in lots of videos you've published since then. Thank goodness.
Thank you Bob for all that you do!! I am the same way. Although I love people and can be a very outgoing person, they totally drain me and I need a lot of alone time to reboot. Take care of yourself and I so hope one day I get to meet you on the road. I have learned so much from you about this wonderful way of life. Even though I am not a nomad yet I know it is in my blood and it is definitely a goal. Thanks again and God bless!!!
The things you said about being busy and drained are like what mothers say. They can't always run off into nature to recharge their batteries, but I'll bet they wish they could! Everybody needs to get their equilibrium back. Take care of you and Cody and thanks for all you do.
Bob you should be proud of what you have accomplished and what you do for others. I am amazed how much you do and get little back. You are a good man take care of yourself.
Hello from rural New Hampshire. I just bought my first RV. A 1988 Fleetwood Southwind. I'm binge watching you are amazing. Thank you sincerely for sharing yourself with us. Peace and I wish for you good health. ♡
Gosh, it is so awesome to watch from afar! I hope I get my time soon. I know you never intended to create such a big movement but kudos to your vision and heart to see a growing and tremendous need I would encourage you, in a few months, to sit with some people you respect and know and define needs, assign a volunteer title and have those people report to you. For example, one person could agree to find a couple of other people and set up a system for collecting and taking trash to dump. Another person could be the contact person for those who want to speak and teach and for finding speakers on specific topics. You could have a group of 10-12 volunteers Send out an invitation beforehand inviting people but letting them know more organization is needed to keep it productive and helpful. Guide people who want to stay up and enjoy sharing music to an area where they can all find each other and enjoy what they love. That kind of organization Protect your energy, so you can see new and other things that may be helpful and needed Rest up. Best wishes. Take care!
Just found this. You probably needed a lot of uninterrupted solitude & sleep! Thanks for this you've created something awesome, and a whole new industry. Kudos to you!
You deserve the best care. Youre a person that is a wonderful individual. Enjoy yourself, i will be sending good thoughts your way concerning your heart condition. Blessings, peace and love to you and your puppy cody
Glad The RTR was such a success. ...My hat is off to you for such a undertaking...As a extreme introvert I can appreciate and applaude your efforts.....Rest and Recharge..It must be such a great feeling ...a sense of pride to know you help so many people... .. I Pray you will regain full energy and great health...God Bless
Bob I have to say Im glad you worked it out and I hope next year you get someone to take over a lot of your duties so you can step back and just enjoy your RTR and not feel so overwhelmed. Also I cant wait for my wife and I to finally be out there for an RTR with you, we have a 5 yr plan, one last kid to get settled and then we will start living our life for first time in our life. Thanks Bob!
I attended my second RTR and stayed two days. Too many people for me. I met a couple of great people and I'm glad I went. I'm just a part timer but I really enjoy your videos and think you're doing some good in this world. Good Stuff!! keep it up!
Much love and appreciation to you as well, Bob. Have been watching your videos for a couple years now. (maybe 4?). And in that time, have seen you become quite a celebrity. Introverts do need time to recharge (so my wife reminds me) and I hope you get all of the time you need. You've developed a large following and we need you. ;) Good health and strength to you, Sir!
You are such an inspiration to me and I wasn't even at RTR. So glad to hear that you and Cody are going to take some renewal time. Hope to meet you by the next RTR.
I hope you are feeling better! I completely get the alone in nature to recharge.....I am a arts/special needs teacher and every afternoon I recharge by walking my dogs off leash in the woods...it is the only thing that helps. You must take care of yourself before you can take care of others. Bless you for sharing all your wisdom. Tonight I told my family that I will be doing this when I retire. Best wishes!
Hi Bob! you are the best! take care of yourself please. I pray I will be finally joining you and your gang for the next RTR. I have been watching all your videos and love them all. thank you for all you do. Dolores
And by the way, I truly enjoyed watching this event, and I praise you for generous provisions of a place where people can have a great time. May you have a much needed week or even two, of comfortable rest in your private time. God bless you Bob. Much peace to ya. :-) ✌
Hi Bob I have been following you and the others, on RUclips! Everyone's story and coments, have inspired me, to become a Vandweller! I have also watched videos, from Caravan Carolyn, Nomadic Fanatic, and others. You seem to be the Geru, on Vandwelling, boomdocking, living cheap while traveling! Most of All, your passion to help the Women & Men who are or have been struggling. You have shown them that they aren't alone, and this kind of living, is possible! Lisa
Please don't take the Afib lightly!! It can lead to a stroke. Franz had to have a pacemaker and meds last year after he collapsed. Thank God, I knew CPR!! His energy and our peace of mind have increased greatly!! Be healed in Jesus' name! We enjoy your videos so much and want you to be around for a long time. Love and prayers, Sandra & Franz
you are an inspiration! I love that you show others that your life is not always what you expect it will be. Some find their bliss/purpose/career later in life, looks like you found yours! Thank you for all that you do!
So nice to have people like you and Carolyn out here. My daughter that is handicapped has the same heart problem as you.. be careful of over doing... Wishing you all the best of luck out there, hopefully when me and my daughter get my Class C motor home here in the near future I get to meet you both... I can't wait..
Please take good care of yourself. As an introvert myself, I can totally relate. You are a treasure, we want you to live on for decades to come. Do share the burden. Big hugs to you and your four-legged.
good job Bob. Getting that many people together and not one single arrest is truly a rarity these days shows the character of the individuals that participated I will see you there next year God willing
Man, you are the reason I love meeting GOOD PEOPLE like you man, (I have only meet you theu.. RUclips ) please man remember you are the salt of the earth. God bless you.
Hi Bob! I just recently found your channel. Thank you for all you do. Your videos have been extremely helpful. I would love to attend the RTR sometime in the next year or two. My husband and I are going to be going full time within the next couple of years. I've already learned so much from you and other RUclipsrs. I'm a lot like you when it comes to needing to be alone. I hope your health improves. You'll be in my thoughts!
Thanks Bob...I watched the first RTR video but had put off watching this one because I thought it was gonna be a real downer that people drained you and you didn't enjoy yourself etc. I was wrong, of course. SO GLAD to hear all the positive things you had to say. You're a real champ for the Tramp! ;-) Lost all my RV/Van research so had to go back and rewatch a LOT of your vids. 3 times a charm! Take care.
Hearing your "heart" as you describe your passion to help others, along with your gentle spirit and flowing beard, reminded me of Moses in the Bible. Even before your Audrey Hepburn quote, I thought you just need two people who will hold up your two arms like Aaron and Hur did while Moses prayed for Joshua and the army of Israelis to win. You are a friend I haven't met yet but would be honored if the Lord allows. Your videos have helped me considerably as I contemplate becoming a nomad. Thank you for that.
hey Bob just wanted to say thank you very much for all your videos and you're incredible documentation of the 2017 RTR. Keep up the good work and continue to inspire other people as you have inspired me for many years. I hope one day to meet up with you and Shake Your Hand personally you have been an inspiration thank you for everything and take care
I was there for the first week. was great time. Everyone I met were very friendly. And answered some questions for me and a clearer idea on my home/vehicle.
I've become a big fan of your outreach to those who need to live a "Van" life but need a helping hand to get themselves organized ! I've even considered trying the van life for several months a year . You have a very giving heart Bob , keep up the good work !
Thank you for all you do. We totally understand how you feel. We are introverts too and love nature and quiet. Some day we will travel down that way to the RTR.
Just know that you've blessed us all with your help and that you don't have to keep working so hard to keep helping us. As long as your videos are available, any new folks who crave the Free Life will have your guidance. I am so grateful - but PLEASE take care of your Spirit and your Body. Live free in joy and contentment and good health!.
As another introvert I totally understand what you are talking about. Being social is draining, it's enjoyable but man it can poop you out.
Yes... from yet another introvert...I too know exactly what that is like...and a major thanks to Bob for all the sacrifice he has made on our behalf....woodsmn
I'm a loner... When I'm with people they drain me of my energy.
Thanks. I get drained just seeing the number of comments on one video. Thanks for the selfless service.
You're the best. I appreciate your words. NO... I'm not on the roads yet. However, the motivation and wisdom is appreciated for my goals. Thank you!
Time to get on the road, RTR was AWESOME!
Why would anyone thumbs down Bob?
Agreed, so many unhappy, spiteful, hateful, nit-pickers in the world.
Must be his male privelage. ;-)
Real Estate sellers ? Maybe.
Remember that most haters are just a few trolls with lots of fake accounts.
I know. Are they crazy??? What a great guy and I've never even met him but hopefully one day I will.
Bob, I'm the same way as an introvert. Good for you for communicating your needs. Blessings to you as you rejuvenate. Peace
Lol. 'I want you near...but not too near.' I laughed at that, mostly because I'm the same way. I like your honesty and I'm glad this year's RTR was a success. I'm hoping to make it next year!
You'll be glad you came!
CheapRVliving when and where is the next RTR? looking for a van now to get started but can use my nissan sentra
thank you Bob Have a wonderful break and you are very much loved by many !!
We are all very lucky to have someone like you showing us the way. I hope you feel better soon.
Thank you Bob.....for the Love Of Nature.🌳

Thank you, Bob, for all your hard work and dedication to the RTR community, and beyond. I've learned so much from watching your videos, and I look forward to the new ones. Go recharge and enjoy the sounds of nature. Take care.
Self care is the #1 priority. Excellent job explaining the needs of us introverts. Thank you for all that you do. ❤
You mentioned a heart condition and made me a little nervous. Please make sure at least 2 people know exactly where you are and check in with them daily. I know you need to recharge alone, but it's still good to know someone can get to you IF you need assistance. Much love and respect o you😀

Bob your maturity is shown at every turn...you take full responsibility...Glad to see it.
You’re awesome for sharing your life with so many people. Wishing you lots of rest❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
You are an awesome servant-leader Mr. Wells, much respect!
Go recharge Bob. Love your spirit. Glad you are delegating. Its nice to hear the videos you make. They are always uplifting.
Bob, I may never get to meet you but I see the grace of God in what you are doing. Good on you friend and God speed.
You are such an inspiration to me and I wasn't even at RTR. So glad to hear that you and Cody are going to take some renewal time. Hope to meet you by the next RTR.
Take care, you have done a great thing!
Thank you Bob for all the videos of this year's RTR. I enjoyed and learned
Thank you for all you give of yourself. Your right you need to take of you. Love your you tube & your site. Be well & be safe.
You did great! So glad you can share with everyone. So hope we can get to the next one! Love you!
Hi Bob
I have been following you and the others, on RUclips!
Lisa
Thank you Bob. I appreciate your comments and am thankful for your candid and heartfelt videos.
When I told my best friend about your RTR community, she felt much better about me going on the road. Thank you!
I sincerely appreciate your kind thoughts, thank you.
Franz Resch I take warfarin for my afib
you are an inspiration! I love that you show others that your life is not always what you expect it will be. Some find their bliss/purpose/career later in life, looks like you found yours! Thank you for all that you do!
Thanks Sarah!
RTR was awesome. There is always next year
Man, you are the reason I love meeting GOOD PEOPLE like you man, (I have only meet you theu..
Thanks for watching Patricia I hope you make it to the RTR. :)
Take care.
hope to be one of the lucking ones to meet you, thank you bob.
Many thanks for all you do! We're looking forward to many more videos ! Rest up and be well.
hey Bob just wanted to say thank you very much for all your videos and you're incredible documentation of the 2017 RTR. Keep up the good work and continue to inspire other people as you have inspired me for many years. I hope one day to meet up with you and Shake Your Hand personally you have been an inspiration thank you for everything and take care
i love you, bob... i pray you are healthy and happy all the days of your life
I was there for the first week. was great time.
You take care of yourself don't worry about nobody but you and you precious Cody and God bless you and everybody else
Bless your heart. Don't worry about us,take care of yourself & Cody.
Thanks Bob for all you energy and time you put in to you Vids.. Go recharge,Relax and enjoy the Sunrise... thinking of you.🌅
Thank you for your kind thoughts!
You're a good guy Bob. My dad was the same way about being around too many people for too long. I've always respected that
