How to Activate Clear Connect Type X Devices in RadioRA 3
Get started with activating your Clear Connect Type X devices in RadioRA 3 with this step-by-step guide. Ensure the latest Designer Software and Lutron App versions are installed. Follow these instructions carefully for a smooth setup.
Designer Software Instructions:
1. Add at least one Clear Connect Type X device in the design tab.
2. Rename and relocate the Zone, then program Keypads, Picos, etc.
3. In the Activation tab, select Clear Connect Type X devices.
4. Click “Sync with the system” and transfer to the system.
5. Continue activation using Pro Installer Mode in the Lutron app.
Lutron App Instructions:
1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone/tablet.
2. Sign in to Pro Installer Mode with a professional MyLutron account.
3. Select the Project name in the System list.
4. Click on applicable rooms that have unactivated devices.
5. Choose the activation method you prefer (Press, Search or Auto) and follow the instructions in the app to activate the device.
Troubleshooting Tips:
1. Ensure no Bluetooth/2.4GHz devices interfere during activation.
