I 100% believe this happened. Normally I'd be skeptical.. but we saw him back in the early 2000's at Schubas in Chicago when he did a 2 nighter with Matt Nathanson. He got done with his set and sat at the bar and chatted with us like he'd been a friend for years. Still shocked at how down to earth he is. Type of guy you want to succeed. Damn good musician too

As an old musician, I feel the pitch is too high vocally, for this song to work for me on a personal level, but I'm a big fan of Marc Broussard & the flavour he brings. His solo & duet vocals, with just two guitars, are where he really excels, but that's just my opinion & others will differ.
