I have a better way to do this tech. Basically, when you do a down slam/uppercut, the enemy's ragdoll cd is long. BUT, hitting them with air delaware grab makes the ragdoll cooldown SHORTER. Method 1: now, what u wnna do is, end ur m1 with downslam, turn away from the enemy and use air delaware grab AND jump at the SAME TIME. then just spam electric smash and you'll land it. Although, this doesn't always work since air delaware might hit the enemy anyways. Method 2: end ur m1 with downslam, side dash (either left or right), then while mid-air, do air delaware grab, and spam electric smash.

u aint doing it right, the reason they get up so fast is because the delaware air variant has a lower ragdoll pickup than downslam, u side dash after downslam, then delaware, THEN electric smash
