Alec nailed it as a guest star on the show. "Yeah, I like him a lot." "Do you wanna hang back and take our own cab?" "Yeah, otherwise I'm not going ..." ahahahah
"While we think it's simply marvellous *eye roll* that you're having this baby out of wedlock..." 🤣🤣 The delivery of that line, along with her facial expression, is sheer perfection. My mom has that same level of sarcasm at times! 🤣🤣
a religious jewish mother who’s happily married for 30 years with a son who’s been divorced 3 times with one child out of wedlock and another on the way still illegitimate with one of his said ex-wives is definitely a headache for judy 😂
01:26 "ya otherwise I am not going". The timing of rachel there is the work of a master. And her controlled expression of frustration created a great comical moment. This episode with Alec Baldwin is like a neutron star of comedy; every grain of it packs so much laughter.
Did anyone else notice Jack Geller changed into an old guy with specs 2:31 😭😭😭😭😭 i never noticed it in the show even tho I've watched it so many times!!!!!
Man Alec Baldwin literally killed it here literally It's like every line that he says here is like a shot to my funny bone without checking if the gun is loaded
I swear Parker was like a friends new love interest we all got introduced too, we just sat their stunned at how annoying he was and ignored him for the rest of the night hoping hed get the hint
Honestly, this is most sitcoms. Weekly episodes are not easy. And, this was just before the age of prestige television like Sopranos and Breaking Bad. So, the point was the humour and the familiar characters as opposed to pin precision realism and structure.
I knew a few characters like Parker back in the day.. great people, great friends.. just you tend to need a few periods of rest from them & all the positivity 😅
@@izhamsham843 I don't mind that we have differences. God has made us different. But I don't like when someone is just mean. You know what I mean? It's ok to have different taste in food, music, colors etc. But there is no excuse to be mean.
@@heidibower2538 I totally get that, but I don't get why you mentioned you didn't like being with toxic people. Noone likes being with toxic people, not voluntarily, at least. You could compare someone extremely positive like Parker to someone e.g. less supportive, or even someone bland. It's like saying you'd rather be friends with a motivation expert rather than a serial killer 😅 Just my observation I thought I'd share.. not trying to be rude or anything like that.
@rhchah HILL he resembles Eugene Levy . He was in the American Pie movies . At the 1:59 mark you can see his face . It's not Levy but he definitely resembles him
It's definitely a self insert, Baldwin made it work really well though! The part where Lisa says that he's like Santa during Christmas in Disneyland getting laid was hilarious 😂
Basically they brought a fan of friends for this episode
Basically 😊Rass. Rachel Joey ❤❤❤❤ Monica phoebe Chandler. Friends
Exactly!!!
Very smart!
Kind of, it’s kind of cool in a bit of a nerd. He actually played Adam Maitland in Beetlejuice random fact
Fr😂😂😂
Parker and I have something in common already- we both like to talk, and Chandler is our favourite friend! 😂
Did you kill someone with a stage prop on a movie set too?
In most roles Alex Baldwin has, I'm usually half convinced he's not even acting and he's just making jokes and genuinely having fun with it.
I really loved him in the movie its complicated with Meryl Streep and Steve Martin
Oh yeah love what he did on the set of rust, typical Baldwin 😄
Until he shoots a chick
2:31 Ross's dad from another dimension 😱
Damn I had to rewind thrice
Wait what?? What happened there!? XD
Was that a stand in they didn't edit out?
@@leeannasloan2292Yeah. You can see him earlier as well in Jack's place
he's also here 2:00 I always assumed the guy was this woman's husband for some reason lol

I cried laughing when Joey said he stepped on a giant booger! 🤣🤣🤣

My thoughts exactly Rachel 🤣
Does anyone know the name of this episode
@@becm1395 Season 8, Episode 18
Jennifer Aniston’s acting and timing is incredible! People don’t talk about that enough.
And they only met for a minute 😂
Bow wow old friend, bow wow 😂🤣🐕
The number of times the actor who plays Ross’s father changes in this scene is crazy😂
yeah i saw that too,
Chandler is everyone's favorite!
It's funny how you can tell that these shows were meant for smaller TV screens. Like in 2:31 Ross' dad has been replaced by some extra.
I just love Alec Baldwin! It is really hard for an actor to play a character that is so much over the top but still believable and real.
No, it's really not. 🤨 Lisa Kudrow did that with her eyes closed in the earlier seasons and with just 1/5 of Baldwin's acting experience at the time.
He played himself
@@redacted2275 That only means she's a brilliant actress, not that it's easy.
@@redacted2275eh. Lisa Kudrow is probably the worst actor of the main cast.
Alec Baldwin is a moron & dangerous.
we need more people like parker in this world
Yes we do.
No. We don’t
Did anyone else notice Jack Geller changed into an old guy with specs 2:31 😭😭😭😭😭 i never noticed it in the show even tho I've watched it so many times!!!!!
0:22 Me watching Best of Ross compilation.
Rachel and Ross are too funny
They are my reasons I watched this episode
Watching Rachel makes hearing Monica's voice bearable..
He gets dumped later. But I love that even hippy Phoebe has a hippyness limit 😂
I love the last scene in this episode, where Phoebe is screaming at him
one of the best episodes
2:30 You can clearly see another man ( not Geller Sr ) in the frame and his lips move and you hear,
'Son..
Parker is basically me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
0:22 is my fav part lmfao
“Chandler! I’m kidding, you’re my favourite.” RIP Matthew.
Man Alec Baldwin literally killed it here literally It's like every line that he says here is like a shot to my funny bone without checking if the gun is loaded
Lmao
agreed 💯💯💯
Did anyone noticed that 2:32 Ross's father actor changed to different person? It's weird right?
haha wtf yea
exactly 😂
Looks like someone doesn't understand how blocking works...get the hell out of the frame!
Chandler you’re my favorite 😘😍
"BOW WOW OLD FRIEND, BOW WOW"
😭😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
Even here ross & rachel had the best chemistry.
I like how Alec Baldwin basically plays the opposite of his normal abrasive character in most of his roles.
Its a good question dad its a good question😂
Who is the other person with spectacles @ 2:32 instead of Ross's father?
Parker is the man version of Chihuahua 😃😃
Parker was Fabulous!
It's a good question dad... 😂😂
Director to Baldwin: “ok so just be the opposite of you”
I swear Parker was like a friends new love interest we all got introduced too, we just sat their stunned at how annoying he was and ignored him for the rest of the night hoping hed get the hint
Thank god no one was shot!
PERFECT DONE JOB! 100% PRO AND SO GOOD.
Chandler already my favourite yes he is 🙂❤️💯
2:15 lol😂
2:30 who's that guy???
Nice catch
The same guy is also there at 2:10 , maybe it was a stand in actor for Ross’s dad 🤔
Alec Baldwin
Shame that Lisa Kudrow never appeared on "30 Rock." They could have had a little in joke over Jack wondering if he's ever met Lisa's character before!
Possibly a rumour but I heard Alec made her uncomfortable.
1:03 - 1:08 Baldwin really gives off his narrative Thomas vibes 😂😂
Damn that uncle is nice, he wasn't invited to the wedding and still got them a gift
They could always have the excuse that after spending so many years on and off again they decided to do away with formality and just elope.
Rachel and Ross kill me now 🤣🤣
The guy who played Parker was so good...hope he doesnt shoot someone some day
My God.
Jesus, Alec Baldwin was on this show? Friends was the king of celebrity castings.
2:06 ….who the hell is that guy??? 😂
my favourite episode
It's Tom Cruise after cientology 😂
Sudden Jack stunt double freaked me out! Looked nothing like him, and why was he wearing glasses?!
Im with Parker.. Chandler is also my favorite ❤️
Who is that person Ross is talking to at 2:31??
lol who is that guy
I believe that's a stand-in for Jack Geller, but I guess the editors did a terrible job of not cutting him out
😂😂😂
Should have had more of parker lmao😂
One of the best cameos
Classic Ross!!!
la cortaron justo en la mejor parte¡¡¡ que capitulo es?
1:59 Who is that man standing next to Ross's mom? That is NOT Ross's dad.
They probably needed to reshoot some scenes when the original actor wasn't there, so they used a stand-in.
2:31 What the hell happened to Jack Geller?
I really love this show but I have noticed their editing and continuity was really bad, who was the guy at 2:10 and 2:30?
Honestly, this is most sitcoms. Weekly episodes are not easy. And, this was just before the age of prestige television like Sopranos and Breaking Bad. So, the point was the humour and the familiar characters as opposed to pin precision realism and structure.

Fun fact, Alec Baldwin grew up in Massapequa.
Did Alec shoot anyone in this episode ?
who’s the guy at 2:31? Never observed that before 😅
Probably had to reshoot this part of the scene at a different time and Jack’s actor wasn’t available.
OMG 😂😂😂😂 I've been watching Friends for years and I never realized about this one!!
At least nobody got shot.
Dope show

2:32 did they swap an stand-in? xd
It’s funny because it seems like a terrible fanfic written by a fan who wrote themselves into the show, except it’s a real episode.
It's definitely a self insert, Baldwin made it work really well though!
The part where Lisa says that he's like Santa during Christmas in Disneyland getting laid was hilarious 😂
Chandler was for real scared he was ommited, because that is something Phoebe would do
Who is Ross talking to at 2:31, that is not his dad!!!
I’m guessing he was the stand-in for Elliot Gould, the actor who played Jack Geller.
Omg is the boss baby 😂
Alec Baldwin is the best guest character, just like Christina Applegate 😂😂😂😂😂
2:30 why is Ross talking to that man?
Who's that gentleman, 2:00, 2:31, that's not ross's father, mixup?
The picture of Jack and Judy in the background at the party are them wearing the exact same outfits that they are wearing at the party…

I'm glad he didn't shoot her
Huh, now that I think of it, Jack Geller goes around telling in the first few seasons of Friends that Ross was conceived out of wedlock. That's weird.
