I am loving Mosfilm on YT! They have some of the important Russian authors and a romcom I loved, too. MIMINO, if I spelled it correctly? is funny. BATTLE FOR SEBASTOPOL and ALPHA are good.
Merci pour la discuter des les films soviet/russe. Oui, Ils sont russe, mais tres magnifique pour comprends ton ame, la ceour, et la vie. Vivre la russie!
"That's the neat part, you don't" Joking aside, you've just got to find something that works for you. Brute forcing through memorising grammar tables and entire dictionaries, watching the odd video about russian once in a while, or a middle of the path regular "school-like" hour a day method seems to be the extremes and the middle of the road options. Some people (like myself) like a basic foundation of grammar before moving onto actually learning words and gradually working up from there. Others take the more natural method of immersing themselves in Russian media alongside learning a bit of everything regularly. Just find something you like really. Broad strokes will get you somewhere, but you have to make your own path along the way to really start getting into it. Although, this guy's website does actually set down grammar in a digestible way without drowning people in overly verbose linguistic language (like a "beginner's Russian course" book I have does). You do have to pay of course, but it will probably ingrain a lot of information into you very naturally and you (probably) won't be actively thinking so often about grammar after a while. TLDR though: this guys website and RusDictionary.com(?). Both very useful, and the dictionary even has some limited practise activities for various levels. And also trying to find the best fit for you.
Unfortunately there is no easy way to learn any language. You should accept a long process. I'm too learning russian it's been 3 months and I'm still learning basic things but of course it depends on the person .
Nice, I"m inspired! My daughter found a box of Soviet films at a thrift store! 😄
