Seems a degree helps get into the industry, Ive got the licenses, I'm just not seeing a lot fo entry level stuff even with my degree.
aim for small brokers, stay there for 3 years and try to advance to a bigger one or insurer. Dont stay there too long because what you learn will be limited.
