I appreciate these excercises but weird question, is there an eyelash filter on the video? it looks like there's some weird eyelash action going on there at some points

I am lost without the notes put on the screen, I think it is good exercise I dont know the shift to what notes

Take any G-major scale you can find online, or if you have one on sheet music, and play the notes with one finger. Use your 1st finger. Then try using two fingers, your 1st and 2nd fingers. Let me know if that was helpful or if you need more information!
