@@RizaLazar I disagree, the style and tone is significantly different in this arrangement/remix when compared to the game's tone that the original work of Program Music aims to convey. The original song is very clear about its classical/art music influences to the point of using timbre that sticks to the usual associations of the genre. This arrangement meanwhile adds more modern contemporary instruments and the way the orchestral instruments are contextualised here fits more contemporary style. The harmonies and accompaniment are also changed to add a more upbeat, somewhat flamboyant tone with a looser sense of tension compared to the seriousness of the original. For this to fit Strange Journey the whole tone of the game would need to change, changing from being inspired by The Thing and sci-fi horror to more usual shounen anime. But I suppose it does fit Redux a little more since that does do shounen anime tropes that ruin the original game's tone. I studied music theory in a music academy for a few years and have even dabbled in writing music. Not professionally, but it's something still.
When the SJ protagonist becomes a secret boss fight in Devil Survivor similar to Demi-Fiend in DDS:
seriously
That seems to be a fun practice for Atlus.
Is this hypothetical or something that actually happened?
Wait, this happened?

Devil Survivor's strange journey
wrong, another non musician
If we somehow ever get a Devil Survivor 3 the main protagonist should be the secret ultimate boss
@@RizaLazarThe Composer of Devil Survivor 2 remixed this track.
Oh my God, this version of the song would fit perfectly a Devil Survival game! Specially DS2 since it has a more upbeat soundtrack.
it also has the same composer (kenji ito)
no it doesnt this perfectly fits strange journey

No that would be devil surviver. Strange journey is more like the of SMT games. Just harder

This being a fight in Persona 5 Royal would be a dream come true
Devil Survivor 2 if it had a secret boss fight against the DOOM guy of SMT himself
This seems like prime trailer material. Especially 1:11 - 1:34. You could put tense scenes from the game over it and it'd work.
Now it's an SMT IV song, cool.
