They talked and laughed with the next one, and during this time, the one secretly looked at the other or pretended to be OK, Fine. That's called no longer best friend but still care about each other. if they truly hate each other, they will find any way not to be sit side by side, or not even care the other's presence and look not akward like that. I just think it seems like there was a big fight between them, and maybe jessica did something that Taeyeon couldnt accept. So taeyeon ignored jessica while jessica tried to make her peace with taeyeon. And perhaps taeyeon still want to be friends like before but her anger couldnt settle down, so... well yeah, they act like that.
