Always right! They never do, well mostly don’t. That’s why I don’t watch them as much anymore. Hopefully someone @ Kenra will see that we want to see the end results!!! Please!!!😀😀

Awesome tips Oliver! Keeping the sections flattened when you are placing it up to move to the next section and the s technique were my favourites 😎

When he does it it is so quick. It is a good thing his bodiless model does not own a iPhone. Both techniques are great.

I love this, my question is on someone with medium length hair, how much product would you mix? At the salon I work, they usually like us to mix 1oz and I find that sometimes that just isn't enough. Thanks for sharing this technique can't wait to try it!!!!❤❤❤

Hi Erica! The product amount will greatly depend on the client's hair density and length. Below is a little information on both products used in this video. We recommend starting with these measurements and adjusting as needed.
Studio Stylist Express standard mixing ratio is one part Permanent Coloring Crème plus one part corresponding 20 Volume Developer (1:1). If using the Studio Stylist Express for root retouch or shadow root technique, 1-2oz of coloring creme is a good starting measurement.
Kenra Color Demi-Permanent shades standard mixing ratio is one part Demi-Permanent Coloring Crème plus two parts 9 Volume Activator (1:2). Again, 1-2oz of coloring creme is a good starting measurement. Since the Demi-Permanent Activator is twice the amount of the coloring creme, the color can go a little farther.

What makes the studio express process in ten minutes? Does it last the same way as the regular permanent hair color?

I think that combing the hair after the hair dyed or colored is for soft texture hair like Caucasian hair that is softer than African American hair that sometimes it tangles and is not good to pull tangled hair because it can break strands of the hair

Hello! You are absolutely right in that different hair types, textures, and even densities may require different application methods or techniques. Always be mindful of maintaining the hair's integrity while considering your process on the texture and type of hair you are working on.
