the frontal superstructure is a lot weaker. and the entire rear can be penned with HE if you have around 80+ mm of HE pen. you can't reliably play hull down like you used to anymore because of the super structure having its weak spot to be a lot easier to pen (a tank with 340mm when facing it on a flat ground has a 50-50 chance of penning it). I'm not kidding, I was shocked when I saw how grey it was (though it seemed like only one side (which is the right side of the tank is weak, compared to the left)

Basically, that would be any t8 premium/collector, that you can play effectively… if you are a really good player, can as well go for t10 premium/collector, except for t22 med, and m 60.

So if we compare the player driving super Pershing with the same player driving, say, Centurion 5/1, this player is going to win more often using cent, and earn more medals(mastery badges, high caliber and so on) using cent, and, therefore farm more credits, using cent. Of course, I give Centurion just as an example, same goes for bourrasque, t77, shark, or bloody Chimera, or any really effective t8.

A Mino can be easily dealt with because of how it works. An E3 is a much more menacing vehicle to go against, and I say this as a Mino player who has no E3.

I think the best hulldown tank was american T32, its turet armor had almost 300mm armor, at tier 8 its unpenetrable.
