- Who else could have said this than Kathryn noticing that Chakotay is dating Seven. An Endgame vid made for the VAMB Secret Santa 2009.

Wow! So beautiful! This song fits so perfectly for them. The longing, the regret, the conflict of being torn to choose between having obligation to duties and a relationship. Only wish they had gotten together in the end. Guess we'll just have to dream...

Well I haven't seen it before SS! So it was new to me;) I really do love it, and I was under the impression that you already read my more detailed feedback on Vamb...
No need to fret everyone. Your wish did indeed come true but you wouldnt have known about it unless you read the books that take place after the show ends. I am a die hard star trek fan & I am pleased to report some good news. Chakotay and Janeway do indeed become an item, a very passionate one I must say (wink, wink). they get together a few days before Janeway gets killed & later when she is resurrected by Q's son, they again become a item. really emotional story. beautifully written.

Her death nearly destroys chakotay but In "The Eternal Tide," she is resurrected by Q's son and chakotay's reunion with her starts shakily as he at first believes she is something Q made appear to torment him but when he realizes its her and that she is alive, it is truly emotional and nearly brought me to tears.

For me the same! Yet the song simply inspired me to make this vid. Anyway, we have to live with that C7 affair...
Thankfully in the Voyager novels all got straightened out and after C7 went apart in Homecoming by Chr. Golden we finally got the JC romance in Full Circle and The Eternal Tide by K. Beyer. Sadly we can only imagine and not see it!
