    Original I love u so much. But please for the sake of your fingers next time put the nutmeg in the blender, the small one for grinding nuts. It will do all the work without any waste . Thank u.

      Make sure you are kneading dough very well to release the gluten. Also don't use too much flour especially when kneading. Allow dough to rise properly and don't add much flour or overwork it when shaping it after rising. These are tips that have helped me

    Please why did you leave the dough to rise before kneading and leave it to rise again before baking. My mom bakes on commercial and straight from the mixing factory, we knead it and leave it for the next day before we bake. Or is it because yours is a day bread? Mama please i need clarifications cos its something that has been bothering me. Thanks and God bless you!🙏

    I used same recipe as u but my yeast was regular so I raised it in the warm water and sugar in your recipe and even added extra 2tab sugar but came out like there ain’t no sugar, why?

      Depending on the weather where you are it can take between 30 minutes to an hour.👌😘

    How do l know it's ready

      Once you tap your bread after 30 minute and it's hollow it means it's ready.👌😘♥️

      @@nanaefuamaiers please am also in Italy Vicenza and there are lots of bread flours in any supermarket you go dear. It's written in Italy so please check it out very well because it's always where you get the normal or cake flours 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰 (Farina per pane, pizza) with the pictures of pizza or bread on the pack🤗🤗😇😇👌👌👌

      It can take about 30 minutes to an hour depending on your weather and I baked it for 35 minutes.😘♥️

      Mostly 1hr to 1hr 30 min depending on quantity, baking time also depends on the for size or size its been moulded,but mostly 45min to 1hr 😎

      True there is no flour in the shops at the moment. I used to buy flour almost every time I went shopping but now there is none. I have self raising flour though!!!
      I love this woman. She is an epitome of the woman described in Proverbs 31.
      The husband and children are blessed..

      Emelia, personally I will recommend bread flour. However you can use plain flour except that the bread will be slightly dense. Do let me know how it will turn out to be.😘❤

      @@OriginalMamaBetty Please I have baked it ..so easy and fluffy and taste superb ankasa. But i did some experiment. I'm at my mum's place and her oven has only one tray and a single rack. So i used an aluminium foil to cover the rack and after the bread was done, the down (under) was very soft did not burn like the tray. Please you can experiment it and see. Thanks so so much, its late but I'm enjoying it with avocado. .,,,hahaha
