Adding Fancy "Zoom To Mouse" Effects In OBS

Today, I wanted to show you a neat little OBS plugin that I recently discovered. It allows you to zoom in on an OBS source and optionally toggle following your cursor so that it is always in view while zoomed in.

Thanks for this Derek - it's working flawlessly! Many of us have been struggling the last few months with the Python-based Zoom and Follow Mouse script, which seems to have been especially having issues with multiple monitor setups.

The reason why the 2nd window (Loaded Scripts) was not visible is because of the default (Always on Top) function of OBS.
You can enable or disable (Always on Top) from the (View) tab.

I don't understand why when I go on my scripts, zoom source doesn't give me any options like Screen Capture etc. Can someone help me please.

I need people to see my mouse pointer when I use OBS Virtual camera. How do I do that? Not neccessary too much zooming but just let people see where I point during an image slide show

thanks man, after a long search in useless apps and tools in Linux, i finally found what i was looking for, more over is it possible to just zoom a hover window next to the mouse only, lets say 0.5X05 Inches

Zoom 2.0 is too much!? I thought our boy DT could handle like zoom 27.0!

Unfortunately does not support wayland. I think it could be done with wlr layer shell (an overlay on each output that monitors pointer events).

Is that why I can't choose a Zoom Source? Ugh! The second plugin I've had to abandon tonight because of lack of Wayland support.
