    The flux goes AROUND the chip, not ontop of it.

      @@MurangaZW you should better be.. try to dig deeper and you will know more.. every knowledge is just behind of the tip of your finger tips... removing parts and reinstalling it, is easier than knowing the used and function of it... 🤗🤗🤗🤗

      @@FreAk_dr. i agree 100% though i thought in the meantime i would practice how to solder and desolder checking deferent boadrds and temperature till i am able to go for practical some day as for now it difficult to balance work and going to school also the school if far i heard they are planing to open one here soon so if i buy a car before thay open i will go to practice lessons

    As you might know, that's not the best way to reball the chip since you will have very different sized solder balls... with luck you could use the very smallest amount of solder paste possible with a huge amount of flux,,, for both chip and board side...
    Then there is lining it up...I would use kapton tape to form edges... it is possible...good luck!!!
