"Punla Festival" is part of this year's celebration of the Feast of San Guillermo in Talisay, Batangas. It is celebrated every 9th and 10th of February.
The event is participated by students of different school in Talisay, elementary and high school, public and private.
Aside from fishing and tourism, "Punla" which means "seedlings" is the main source of income of Talisay, Batangas.
