It really works with the show cause even as Legendary Patissiers the girls have to learn via trial and error like the rest of us. Even Ciel only got as good as she is through tons of training. The difference with Ichika is she has zero training but she has a lot of passion and heart, and she's willing to keep trying even if she fails, and to try crazy but cool ideas. That is why Ciel admires the Cures (before becoming one herself) because she recognizes the passion Ichika has, with no training, is something she lacks despite all her training.
