In iOS 11.4 just released yesterday, Apple added more security by disabling the lightning port (except for charging) if the phone hasn't been unlocked within 7 days. This makes it far more difficult for the FBI or whomever to use those GrayKey external boxes to crack your iOS passcode and get into your phone. Great job Apple!

@@Eweyhen What Tim Cook and Apple are adamantly resisting is NOT whether the FBI gets the information, but rather Apple being compelled to create a software system with a BACK DOOR that opens ALL iPhones to hackers throughout the world. Back doors are inherently created to bypass front-line encrypted security. With a back door in place, world hackers will find and crack that vulnerability in as little as a few hours to a few days. Once cracked, the access technique will go viral worldwide. A back door access added to any smartphone or computer offers nothing more than a temporary delay to a skilled hacker.

Finally a man with a backbone and morals to stand up for what was right! I know this video is old but I was viewing Apple videos and kept watching and saving others for later. I really dig the way he is taking a stand against Facebook and others about their spying on you. Got a new android (Samsung A21) and can't stop kicking myself in the ass! The permissions you have to grant is ridiculous, and if you don't nothing works right. Apples' new approach with not allowing cross tracking (spying) of apps that actually let you control your info has me sold. As soon as I can get up the money I'm getting rid of this tracking device! What truly amazes me is they state that they're doing it to better serve you the user, why then do they make you suffer consequences for opting out? Better yet when phone's or apps only allow you one option "agree", or you can't use it or if you don't allow them access to your photos or location it effects a chain of other apps. Why do they want access to my personal photos of my family?!!! That's none of their fucking business!!!

I'm right win Apple. When it comes to my shit and the role of the government it's a simple equation: get the fuck out and stay out.

God every time they would respond I would cringe. Do you not get it? It doesn’t matter if apple is the only one with access. All it would be is encrypted software to guess codes.
Which someone else could create a software to guess the code on the software guessing codes😂

U.S. President Barack Obama arrived in Silicon Valley bearing gifts for Tim Cook: A seal of
Approval for Apple Pay. its is the title of an article few years back.... Apple has a good point in the article about data access ~ Obama possibly does too~ but it clashes with the ~? what does ~? transparency really mean about identification etc .

Jesus fucking christ why are there so many apple fanboys. I mean I like Apple products but it doesn't have much customization options so we HAVE to jailbreak it. And if you know how to choose the right tweak and how to recognize malicious links, jailbreak is 100% safe.
