Ngalaba means Pillar. And yes, its in Ibo language. He's simply saying "Eze Jesus (King Jesus), i bu Ngalaba 2xs (you are the pillar), i bu Ngalaba ji isi ulo m (you are the chief pillar that holds my life/house.
