Fave Cure album and why is it Seventeen Seconds/Disintegration? A lot of you asked for this version so here it is.

Unknown Pleasures is clearly the best Cure album ever. the shirt does not lie.
These aren't even parodies at this point. These are masterpieces inspired by legends. You have to make full length albums inspired by all your favorite artists!

The best is when you work as a professional to create light and humorous pearls. This must stay short to keep brightness, I think
I find the songs you propose interesting, however, in that matter that it is very easy to compose a song in these obscure styles, using band names, as a mockery, you yourself take away the value of your work. You should make it known as your project and not take great exponents of the dark scene, just to have more exposure. Still, I like the ideas you bring up. Only have respect for those who have consecrated themselves.
My all time favourite Cure album starts with the line "It doesn't matter if we all die", and ends with "Find a cure. I must fight this sickness".
I am going to see them in roughy 10 days. Speaking of Pornography gotta give a shout out to hanging garden.

This series is so hilarious, because it's so dead on. I'm reliving my teenage years in the 1980s all over again.
These "How to write a (insert group here)" videos are always on point. Many of these parodies would actually make great stand-alone songs.

Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me is my favourite cure album by a long shot. The instrumentation is just so good in that album.
This! Pornography is close, but Kiss Me was my introduction to The Cure (saw them on tour then) and will never be surpassed.

Love Seventeen Seconds, The Head On The Door and Disintegration, but I gotta say my all-time favorite Cure album is probably Bloodflowers. It gets very little love from the fans, but I love every minute of it.

So you've done Cure pop, and you've done Cure dark Early Style. Now you can tackle Cure pop new wave quirky style, Cure dark Disintegration-Wish style, and Cure dark 2000's style. So many clearly defined soundscapes to play with!
