So many delicious, mouthwatering items on the menu! Very commendable is the focus of Mr. Imran on cleanliness and hygiene in his restaurant which is so important for a place serving food. All the staff were wearing clean uniforms and hairnets. Also impressive is his special hairdresser for the staff as part of their hygiene routine. A fabulous variety & a very delicious spread for Brunch 😋 ! But what catches one's attention is Mr Imran's watchful eye for supervision & his painstaking set up for his very skilled staff's welfare. The hygienic handling of everything (The in-house hairdresser for the staff is Impressive !!) is a huge plus. The level of talent in the hand-picked staff makes this a classy establishment which shows in its cuisine ! Hat tip to Cafe Imran.

Zia Bhai: this is one of your BEST videos for several reasons. Firstly, the Cafe Imran is a definite foodie stop for me. The selection of dishes plus the professional service along with a high degree of cleanliness for Pakistani restaurants! Secondly, the trip to the nearby lake was most enlightening because of the men who were bringing food every Sunday to these very poor villagers. Thirdly, the candidness of the older man's assessment of the lives of these villagers, who have nothing, don't work & just wait for charity! Surely, the govt. is to blame but the laziness & lack of incentives contribute to their sad lives. I read where 60% of the population lives at or below the poverty line. Not unlike a lot of other 3rd & 4th world countries. But on top of everything else, Pakistan is being destroyed by suicide ethnic murders, horrible natural disasters, like the recent floods, no efficient government, racked by foreign debt( mostly to the Chinese) & train wrecks! No tourists want to come to this environment, but I am waiting patiently to see if conditions will improve!
