الأكل التونسي رقم واحد في شمال إفريقيا،لكن عليك زيارة القيروان فهي مشهورة بالكفتاجي و المقروض.و منطقة حلق الوادي مشهورة بالسمك

Bro just a reminder LAGMI is actually delicious and the way u had it is the right way but , be careful if the " LAGMI " is fermented it becomes alcoholic people use it as an alternative for alcoholic drinks to get drunk so , it would be haram u have to drink it fresh just like u did , anyways great content keep up the beautiful work ❤

What a great video again from Bohemian Kitchen. Tunisian food unlike Moroccan cuisine is unfortunately not well promoted by the Tunisian folks and is every bit as interesting. I personally prefer Tunisian couscous perhaps more than the Moroccan and pastry without a shadow of a doubt. I am Moroccan btw.
@@yassin.. You are just being biased. Again, I said Tunisian and Algerian suck at promoting their cuisine that is why less people know about it, that is all. I have tried all kinds of couscous (fassi-bidaoui-soussi , coastal & inner in several cities, home made and street). Moroccans tend to think Algeria and Tunisia's food is less tasty or rich than theirs and that's a mere assumption believe me. Whole North Africa has great food regardless of the Country.
We didn't ask ur question and u know very well that Moroccan cuisine is always in the top in the whole world and always ranked in the 3 first rank

Unfortunately, you did not try the Tunisian couscous. The one you tried is not like couscous because its grains are coarse and it is cooked in a different way. The couscous is thinner, its broth is red and well seasoned. It is cooked with vegetables, meat, fish or chicken. But the best cooked with fish. In fact, without prejudice, Tunisian couscous is the best in North Africa.
