@given your extensive experience I would reach out to industry recruiters and see what roles they have going. This initial part will be a bit of a spray and pray. Apply to everything under the sun and stay patient and persistent! Good luck
What if the product from your previous company is fading-out of favour from the market, and you didn't get to hit your annual KPI in the last financial-year. How are you going to answer your first question? or maybe is there a way to change the direction of the question to be in the interviewee's favour? (Great video btw, keep it up!) ❤
Great question! 🌟 If your product is losing market favor and you didn’t hit your annual KPI, it’s all about framing your response positively. Focus on what you learned from the experience and how you adapted. For example, you could say: "While the product faced challenges in the market, it gave me a unique opportunity to work on smaller tactics such as digital campaigns, which taught me valuable lessons in medical education for some of the younger doctors who are more tech savy" Thanks for the support and the great question! ❤ Stay tuned for more tips!
Hi mate! Just stumbled upon your content, appreciate all the tips and advice. Any advice for a fellow Aussie in Melbourne whos looking to get into Pharma Sales? I have an Exercise and Health Sciences Degree + experience as a research assistant (literature reviews, analysing studies) + 6 years experience as a wholesale foods sales rep? Anything specific I should be keeping in mind when applying for Pharma Sales Rep roles? Thank you ! 🙏
@@parvezshahid8906 thanks for the comment. Your background sounds perfect for Pharma, my advice would be to connect with recruiters but also stay active on LinkedIn. Early Q1 is when many Pharma companies open new roles so there should be a few openings and I’d apply for as many as I can to give yourself options and also hone interview skills. Please keep me posted with how you go! And as always if you have any other questions, please feel free to drop them in the comments
Good content 💯
I appreciate your channel
@@creditbuilding thank you for the kind words! This is really encouraging. Please let me know if you have any further questions you’d like answered?
