I too fear my risk of lymphomas. The Sjogren's & the methotrexate carries increases risks. Such a dilemma, like darned if we take meds & darned if we don't.

I'm working on diet change which helps some, and had some testing done with a naturopathic doctor. I saw him twice but expensive & not covered by my insurance. I'm planning to contact Jeremy today for a free half hour phone or virtual consult. He's the naturopathic doctor who specializes in Sjogren's who did an interview on the youtube channel, My Sjogren's Journey.
