Those are re-uploads. This Chanel was created around 3 years after the song was originaly released and than in 2011 they brought out their last single. If I am not wrong they was really famouse back than as the song was originaly released and the plushi-figures (The cats drawn in this video) who are designd after them got really famouse in Japan...
That is the nature of their characters Hangry and Angry. Hangry (Yossie) is meant to look rough on the outside but be nice on the inside. Angry looks sweet on the outside but she can become angry quickly, like she does at the end of the video.
