Baltimore beat Cleveland on yesterday and clinched home field in the process. They're the most consistent team and Lamar Jackson has all but locked up MVP for this year. Everyone is saying all of this. But here's the one thing that is NOT being said...
From a team standpoint (offense, defense, special teams, penalties, injuries, etc.) This was the worst game of the year, including the losses...and they STILL won 31-15.
That...is the scariest part of all.

That defense at 2:13 was some vintage Baltimore style D. That's why we're the best team in the league cuz we too good
One of my favorite little things in this video is Lamar's reaction to the fumble around 1:50. You can clearly see he's angry, but he's also not flipping out at his teammate. He's not shouting and cussing anyone out, pointing fingers or anything. He smacks his helmet, takes responsibility, then gives Mark Ingram a "My fault, you're still the man" hug.
That's leadership. Take responsibility, support your teammates, and keep everyone focused and in high spirits, but still acknowledge the mistake and the need to fix it.
Pray that Ingram and Andrews are fine , but honestly I think we can last without Ingram , next man up , still sucks he got injured right after his birthday and right after hitting 1k yards

it was justifiable, look at the weapons Baker had and the weapons Lamar had, most of the guys Lamar has are on the pro-ball cause Lamar gives them that much of advantage on offense cause LB MLB can not fully commit to stopping them cause half their minds on whether or not Lamar will run, never mind Lamars RB and TE's... Ravens became OP cause of something the media didnt want to believe cause work. on the other hand you have Baker who has 2 of the best if not top 10 WR and 2 top top 20 RB at his disposal... give that set up to any half decent QB in the NFL and they will give an 8-8 record, and give that to a good QB and you get a 10+ record cause you have that many option to pick from never mind when you do so with trick plays, so thats why media was hyped over the Browns cause they thought they had a great young QB which should equal a good-great vet QB like a Watson or Mahomes but Baker was trash who gave about the same production as Eli lol

Browns gave up. They just didn't have an answer for the Ravens offense. You play the pass they run. You play the run they pass. You play anything Lamar running.
The Browns D kept them scoreless for a while.
Baker was only drafted higher because he went to Oaklahoma and Lamar went to Louisville....and people wrongly assessed them on their schools, not them.

Mark Andrews is a steal at TE
The 70's Steelers, the 80's 49ers, the 90's Cowboys, the 00-10"s Patriots all used the success they were having at the time to create a national fan base. The Ravens have a chance now to not only do just that, but to go a step further and create a real international fan base. None of those teams (except maybe the Patriots) were able to capitalize on the internet and all of the viewing platforms that exist to push their brand. In the past month, I've seen American and British actors, Austraiian and German athletes, and others speak on how amazing the Ravens and Lamar Jackson have been. I even saw two Mexicans wearing Ravens gear on Eastern Ave. (not shocking, I mean, this is Baltimore). As a testament to how fast this Ravens Bandwagon is growing, the Ravens just sent 12 players to the Pro Bowl when, if we're being completely honest, they probably have 5-7 players that should be going. That alone reminds me of the 2000's Houston Rockets when Yao Ming lead all All-Star votes for like five years, even when he was hurt and not playing. I wanna see how long it lasts, the Cowboys haven't been good since 1995 and they still have an enormous fan base, the 49ers did, what, 19 years in between SB trips, and that Mean Joe Greene Pepsi commercial carried the Steelers for 20 years.
