An owner that wants to compete for a championship and is willing to spend money to help the team, shares his thoughts but doesn't meddle like some other teams...I think this is going to be a beautiful relationship. Go Broncos!

Considering the owner the Panthers ended up with (brother in law is a season ticket holder) and I feel so bad they got stuck with Tepper, that guy is like a child with a new toy. Broncos Country got very lucky going from Mr. B to Walton-Penner. Feels like the team is in great hands!
The culture is everything! Hearing that "primadonna's" would not do well in the Broncos locker room is big to me. This is a credit to Sean Payton and everyone in the Broncos organization for creating that culture.

Man, I really like our new owners I like that they care a lot. I don’t think we need a new stadium, but I really like that they want to give us one. I like that they wanna have the best training facilities in the league and the best stadium in the leaguethat just makes it easier to be the best team in the league. I think our core uniforms need to be the throwbacks, but I did really really like the Navy with the snow cab helmets!

Bo is NOT comfortable with the current pads he's wearing ... he pulls his shoulder pads down from the neck quite a bit.... so........ in a high stress situation... every little distraction can come into play in the sub-conscious.... let's PLEASE get our guy safe AND comfortable !

I don’t think we realize just how lucky we are that this is the ownership group we got. We just as easily could have gotten someone who is cheap or another Jerry Jones or Woody Johnson who meddles with everything and never get out of purgatory

The key thing Penner has embraced, is trusting his coach and GM. He is a part of the process but lets them make the decisions to build this team.
We are blessed to have an owner like Penner, he really cares about the team and is willing to spend boat loads of cash to make the team better.
