Don't think so. I think they upscaled it to 1080p, which may be why it looks a bit different.

Yes, at least for me. Though I guess it could also be because one is from japan and one is NA. Not sure if that matters.

Yeah, it's a different list, but the trophies are the exact same as on Vita.

It's only available as a download if you buy the special triple pack bundle of P3D and P5D. There's a physical version that will give you a download code, but it's also on the JP PSN store too.
