Debbie Mcwain I would probably put acrylic on top, or maybe like white acrylic (or gesso) and then try the napkin again on top of that 😊

I am in a bible group and I did the page of the week, but I really don’t like it how they told us to write the representation of the message and I have to cover that now because honestly is really bugging me ☹️ I should have gone with my instinct of how I understood the message. I realize now bible journaling is personal and we have to create on the page what the Bible is telling us individually and now what the teacher says we have to draw.

Do you still prep your page with Gesso or was that just so the backside didn’t get messed up? I guess I haven’t seen you use Gesso recently even with acrylics.
Great video - new subbie here! ♥ I have a question... I usually use acrylic paint when I get shadowing or bleed-through, but I have some major bleed-through (large area) running through a big portion of my text on the back of the page. I tried to water down some acrylic but it ended up covering over my Bible text making it hard to see/read. I like to still be able to read it. Any ideas how I can salvage this page??
Multiplicity Crafts That’s a tough one! It’s hard when it covers the text; you already tried my idea of watering down the acrylic. My only other idea is to add a tip in on the back page so at least when you first open it the mess-up would be covered. :) ❤️
