So looks like there is no way to test stator or access to stator plugs without tearing the bike apart.
You can easily test the stator from its connector on the side of the bike. No need to tear bike apart at all.
I would never use red Loctite on anything I think I might ever have to take apart again. Blue Loctite sure, but not ever red.
