Well, I have never created videos, but Manish bhai aap jo baat kar rahe ho woh har cheez mein applicable hai. I have turned this into a mp3 audio and listen to it at 4 am and at night at 10 pm before going to sleep, so that it gets ingrained in me. This is sooooo deep.
