Seeing these many grips and their effects on swing, a memorable dismissal came to mind which involved swinging the ball both ways. A test match in Australia. Jacques Kallis on strike. Out swingers beating him, a fast, well directed bouncer hitting him on the helmet and finally a big in swinging yorker at 150kph knocking over the great man. You were one hell of a fast bowler Mr Lee.
Always been a fan of your bowling and feared for Indian batsman when they used to face you😄... All this greatness with such humility.... Thanks Binga for sharing all this cricket knowledge 👍
Sir please make an analysis video on Umran Malik( Side On ) and Anrich Nortje( Front On) bowling actions It's a privilege to learn from the best fast bowler ever Love from India 🇮🇳 ❤
I absolutely loved this, but for me the HIGHLIGHT OF THIS VIDEO was at the end when you gave us a little sneak peak of that cute Cricket Moment with Sanga! MORE OF THE PLEASE, THANK YOU!!
Thanks Brett, love the content and as a person who loves the Physics and has coached kids in cricket and baseball it is no surprise at the common points across several grips. Budding pitchers are not allowed to pitch curve balls at early age due to muscle development but change of pace is a big asset against elite hitters. What you show as a change up was called a Circle Change many years ago and the split finger fastball is one cricket has also used. These pitches and others like knuckle ball started becoming prominent in the 70's-80's and I'd hazard a guess that Craig McDermott was one of the forerunners of this had something to do with his friendship with fellow Queenslander David Nilsson, an eight season veteran catcher and All Star with Milwaukee in MLB. If readers are not familiar with it the top knuckle ball pitchers absolutely bamboozle hitters with their often 50mph deliveries that float through the air with absolutely no rotation. Their catchers often use oversize catcher's gloves to compensate.
Thanks for this video. Can you please create your next video on Run Up Jump (Take off jump) most people take this as a high jump most take it as a long jump. I am confused about this. After a good runup, which jump will help most in transferring momentum towards the ball. Looking forward to hearing from you. Believe me this channel is a goldmine ✨. I wanna see you hit a million subs.
Its not ipl. Players who play ipl comes after playing domestic cricket and ranji, Thats what teaches them not IPL. IPL is just like BBL and CPL, They are money making machines for the sportsmen and the team owners.
I saw an episode Discovery channel on the force you generate, when your leg lands on the land while bowling.... completely blown away the details they gave.
These swing techniques was introduced by Late Sarfraz Nawaz back in 70’s when West Indies used to be world cricket champion. Those days we had Andy Robert’s, Marshal, Garners. They had so much speed but there was no swing. First time swing balling was used by Sarfraz then he shared this technique to great Imran khan, Wasim Akrum and Waqar Younus. Pakistan also introduced different variations of spin bowling - by Saqlain, Abdul Qadir (late)
@@rexrestored4602 I’m talking about the founder of swing bowling and you are taking back to India and Pakistan matches. What nonsense is that? Be positive and respectful If you know something then please share it
I am from Sri Lanka we love u so much...I stl remember how u ball the bowl to get atapattu in 2003 I'm a young boy then..and I stl remember aravinda smash u two sixes
Wow ! Again here is very good tips about grip of the ball. Dear Brett Lee keep going on to make such type of videos. I'm ur big fan and I bowls with the same action like your bowling action, PLzzz tell about ur action .
My only request from me one of the great fan of ur smartness, please make sure about continuity in making small video, we don't want long video if u don't have time for long video. Thank you and love from 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
I like your bowling and I am a big fan of yours, but after the growth of T20 I don't watch cricket matches anymore, but still, I watch highlights of old test and one-day matches, I want to ask you which is the best bowler for you, Allan Donald or Glenn McGrath?

IPL teaches all the players. Well done Sangha on a simple solution to tell the team the slower ball is coming.

Please keep bringing these videos.
Great content as always
love from sri lanka
Nice sir thank you 👍👍
Hey, brett love your videos just a quick question. Does the thumb underneath if folded make any difference?
It doesn't ... Wasim Akram used to fold it where as waqar younas didnt ... You just have to be comfortable
@@salmanshah3846 no Mohammed Asif said it makes difference
@@g-seriessongs7686 placement of thumb makes difference just ... Not the folding of it .
Being a swing bowler.. I guess it's all about the thumb
@@rahyasircreations6088 Brother placement of the thumb matters ... The style of thumb doesnt matter ... Doesn't matter if its folded or straight ..
Can we put our fingers close to the grip?
Thanks 😊

Superb !!🙌🏻
