Derecho, same place i had dinner on my first visit. The cute guys serving the food said it like a Carenderia, when i asked about their "system" because the place seemed pretentious. I see the crowd, they look like the vegan influencers and digital nomads species, who think they are dining someplace cheap and cultural. I saw something similar in Penang and Melaka years ago, but their system was more fascinating, because it was an actual buffet and not like some STYLISh carenderia. Anyway, calling it a Carenderia on video can trigger some people, if you are local or assumed to be local. It is like Mary Antoinette saying "Give Them Cakes". But yes that Carenderia has great kebabs and Pad Thai and 8 dollars is so cheap.
I got upgraded for free so I actually don't know what the true price of the villa was, but maybe you can check the website to get more accurate pricing
