Hello sir, i am a 12th class commerce student without maths as i got to know about ISI Kolkata this year and my interest in Statistics grew this year. Is there still any possibility i can get through it?
Almost all the companies are international based but the placements are for their Indian offices only. But you can go off-campus and apply for jobs in foreign companies also. You have a good chance there also to het selected
mostly companies take students only from mstat. and qms courses, and rest batch students didn't get placed whereas this year due to recession there are few students left to get placed in every batch of 2023-2024 and same thing is happening here in CMI as well 😅
Well, that's not the case which happened in ISI Kolkata this year. Sure they faced some difficulty this year because of recession, but eventually they reached the perfect number. I even know which student got placed where. What new companies came and all these things. :)
Itna nahi sochte bhai, my father is 60 years old, he lost his job in 2020 when I was in 9th, this year he grabbed some job his salary is 45k rupees per month He is not even properly educated, if he can do it then we young people who would graduate from decent colleges should have no problem

Most of the kids who have completed there Bachelors and Masters from ISI tend not to stay in India and go to foreign universities.
