    I relate with so many practices that you mentioned, mindfulness, being tuned in with my bodily sensations ,movement, sometimes my body craves gentle movement, other times hardcore sweat sessions. Am learning to be better at giving my body what she needs

    I love imagining my mind is a room as well… I usually try to start there and slowly expand the view to make everything flow together and feel connected to the air/space around me! Thank you for sharing these practices 🫶
