On one end, its really sad to hear the music slow down as the ink vials are destroyed
On the other end, drinking these ink vials are how Ink is able to experience emotion... which means once they're all gone, he is completely emotionless. And in that state, he becomes an unbelievably terrifying near-machine of absolute efficiency. Canonically, he'd be even more terrifyingly powerful without his emotional baggage.
So im pretty excited for whatever his "special attack" is :)

God the attacks that have orange when fighting the dye bosses (idk what they called) then turn grey because you destroyed the orange dye is genius
The blue one goes light grey when you destroy it too, but usually people leave those two to last because... well it'd be really hard to see if you got rid of those first

The reason there’s 8 souls is because dark purple is actually X- Gasters soul in X tale and Underverse
There’s the seven normal ones purple is perseverance but then what pink? X gaster isn’t in purple

No shit Sherlock. Canonically, Ink Sans has 10 vials which represent ten different emotions, not soul types. This fangame only has eight, but they are still emotions, not souls.

I would never in a million years be able to beat this, in fact I wouldn't even be able to beat phase 01 but this fangame is incredible, completely and utterly incredible. So much time and effort was put into this game and it really shows, let's hope phase 04 doesn't take as long to come out as phase 03. But the developer(s) deserve all the time they can get to perfect this fangame.

Merg has some serious skills with undertale if you havent noticed
If you do this again without pie, just a few things that might help:
The question involving what a skeleton can count to is referencing how many hot dogs Sans will put on your head.
The "shield" is actually a reduced hurtbox, atleast I believe that is the case.
Also, maybe you can dodge the spinning blue/orange bone attacks ending by going into the corner?

1. The blue attack that you couldnt figure out, the corners are open at the end
2.on the asgore attack with the flowey petals, i think you can move through the grey petals. Why? Because you destroyed the color orange. The color also disappears from the menu

To dodge this attack, you have to stay in the middle left. Then, you have to keep moving, and the blue circle goes away. Before the blue gets you, get to the corner.
