If you have vol 9 premium speed pass, you can unlock the 30th anniversary of M3 GTR at level 75. I'm pretty sure you can make it stock m3 gtr kit and remove the vinyls

You get it if you have EA Play. Fully clean version, since launch Plus players have already made "clean" wraps for this one. But the bumper permanently hangs and it still has a slightly "scuffed" look in certain spots.
