There's an Audio FX called Stereo Fixer. That does what one wants to do instead of what is shown in the video.
it did what i wanted to do
this is what i was looking for, i actually wanted to imbalance the audio, im mixing to different audios and want one to sound like its coming from the left, so the left side needs to be slightly louder
