Double Hilgard Haymaker + Marie Go 'Round is very damaging and quick, all of these moves being specials makes Harlquin a good support for her, and also maybe some peacock but I'm not sure if Hilgard's moves are considered a "projectile" I love that pallete and she's very rift oriented and amazing offensive support!
My personal opinion is that Heartless and Gust Buster are the good damage dealers out of the Marie variants. I tried to pull for one of the diamonds but no such luck. Good analysis video.
I’m wondering about an all-Dark team that plays off itself- start with Dark Horse Marie to gain Haste and inflict Curse, tag to Final Fang Valentine to inflict well over 3 debuffs, then tag to Heartless Marie to do the real damage. I think that would be really interesting, especially with the added benefit that every member of the team can revive the others.
Heartless: Marie as Ansem, The Seeker of Darkness from Kingdom Hearts Series "Every light must fade, every heart returned to darkness!" This marks the second character in Skullgirls to have a Kingdom Hearts color palette, first being Eliza having Sora's color palette
Well if Heartless can't deal enough damage herself to get the most of her SA 2, at least she can lean on a more powerful fighter to use it instead. (stares at my incredibly jacked Destruction Pillar moveset I now use for all my Annies that I used in conjunction to obliterate a few Death Wishes by this point)
As someone who got it on my 5th Marie pull (and despite being free to play, had the resources to max her out immediately), Heartless is absurdly useful, especially against people who save their most obnoxious variants for last. Such as assassin's greed, unholy host, and even death wish.

I went all-in on Skeletal Summons, but I'm having second thoughts about the level 3. Once one clears the unblockable threshold, what's the point of using the level 3 BB? Heartless shines as the anchor support that spoils the enemy anchor's plans.
Mortuary charge speed scales with amount of bodies on the field btw. Basically if it was a 3v3 and now it's a 1v1, Mortuart will charge as fast as say, 2 dragon charges.
She's not even mid in terms of damage. Marie has godly support potential and good synergy but in terms of offense per se, she's just mediocre. It's definitely the utility that she has going on for her.

She has buff removal, unblockables, a comand grab that can lead to combos, armor break and quietus, I would say her kit is on the upper half of all characters, I would say her biggest issue on offence is the low attack but squigly does pretty good with those stats already

Yea, that's what I'm thinking! Definitely some synergy potential with Peacock support. Tested it and all the Skeletal Summons are indeed projectiles!

BB3 has on demand Inverse Polarity which shuts down most recovery fighters
Yea unless you're against something like UHost, I'm not too keen on the BB3 either.
