I went through theCZT program and then suffered a ruptured aneurysm and two brain surgeries. I now use what I learn to calm anxiety. I love your 15 minutes of Zen. It’s just enough that I don’t get frustrated but still enjoy the benefits of Zentangle. Thank for posting these videos!
