This was my first Cornbury. We enjoyed it so much I've booked tickets again for next year without even knowing who is on. That's a first for me. The Caffè Nero Stage was an amazing show case of newish talent but of course Chris Difford was the stablished act highlight. Bought music from Eddy Smith and the 507, Lisa Wright - and Chris/Squeeze online - clips on my Channel) and Billy Lockett from another stage. It is very good organisation that the 2 main stages' acts do not overlap. What with the other 2 stages and the Comedy tent, though, you can't see it all. Good street food and the mobile charging van was a good idea! Husband bought some really nice long sleeve festival shirts and we sourced classy hats to shield our heads from the lovely sunny weather. Steeleye Span 'All Around My Hat' was a great trip down memory lane. Trevor Horn band, the Specials and the Beachboys also highlights.
Going next weekend to Cornbury festival, can't wait. Haven't been in years.
