I've been feeding the Soilent Green to my River tank and it's awesome stuff. Very versatile. You can mix it thin and roll it around in the bowl before it sets up and peel it off the side for more off a flake food effect. I dip a rock in it and let it set up on the rock for my grazers. Met one of the creators, Stephen, at my LFS and he showed me how verisitale it is. Great video
You mentioned adding medication to the gel food. You can also crush up vitamin supplements into a powder and sprinkle it on top of the gel food before it solidifies. I guess you could also just mix it in, or add liquid selcon or Vitachem (after it cools off a little).
Hi Richelle , Thanks for the video. @2:50 you said a peacock cichlid needs 2 years to be 3.5" long size . Dose it take so long time? How long it takes to grow from 1" size to 3" size?
@@QuebecCichlides Thanks for your reply. I have visited a cichlid farm in Thailand. I think cichlid growth is better in farms than Aquarium. .. Toronto, ON.
One of the few foods I haven't tried; I'm mainly a NLS and Omega One person, though I recently added bugbites to the mix. As I acquire more plecos, maybe I'll try it.
Hi Richelle. It's nice to see you. How are you? Thank you very much for this helpful information, now I can prepare the Repashi that I bought 3 weeks ago. I was not too sure the most ideal way of preparing this amazing food, however now that I have watched how you prepare it, it looks very easy and straight forward. Thank you very much. :)
I must have the finickiest fish ever. Have tried three different repashy on four different tanks with very different fish and they all ignore it. Not the only one in my fish club that feels that it is over sold. My opinion is that it is a waste of money and just sits on the tank bottom adding to the bio load without being eaten. Hope it works for you.
Hi Corona I don't know what types of fishes you got but have you tried not feeding them for 24hours then adding the repashy food? Also maybe you are feeding the wrong gel mix or not putting the finished gel food in the area where the fishes feed. Maybe you can youtube search for ted Judy fishroom. ruclips.net/video/nUdMQKXL2vE/видео.html He has many methods for feeding fishes using repashy from top to middle to bottom feeders. Hope this helps

My Peacocks also like the Community Plus Repashy.
Very interesting.
I sprinkle a little dry powder in all my fry tanks they love it.
Great video Richelle! Interesting product! Even as a non fish 🐟 owner 😉! Keep up the good work!
Do you use tap water or water that has been conditioned to remove chlorine, etc.? Thank you,
Nice video...interesting i knew that for reptiles.
It seems that Quebec Cichlids not longer have Rapashy in stock. Will you be restocking in the near future?
How random… we just got it in last week 😁 It’s on the website
I'll try it. I have an Mbuna and Tropheus tank.

How often do you feed this to your mbuna?
You can feed this once or twice a week
I more often feed pellets because they are a lot quicker. But who doesn't like to treat their fish!

If it isn't made with real people, is it really Soilent Green?
