Got mine a couple of weeks ago with the annex tent. Tried out in Flinders Ranges copped a storm with rain, and strong wind40 and holded very well. It does bend down a lot in freestanding mode though, I don't think it can be used at all as freestanding? Needs the lega down always (which is not a problem at all, as takes 3 seconds).
Cant really compare this to a bush company... true free standing awnings are 37-40kgs😳 plus double the price! Plus the darche is 26kgs vs 31 kg bush wakka, o/t campboss. The weight plus 3 yr warranty on the darche it was an easy decision. Im happy with it
Do you have one of these? I understand Bush being better but cannot see how the Bushwhacker is better. Would like to know as about to upgrade to 270 degree and nowhere can I find a direct comparison of Darche v Bushwhacker?
I’ll be getting this one. Heard this is the best on the market.
Just bought this for my van yeeeew cant wait

I’m soooo excited to add this to my Hilux!!
Wicked AWESOME
Too expensive
Not real happy with the quality of the arms, def not as strong as a bushwakker or bush company
