Why do you go riftmaker first v. lich bane? lich bane gives 20 more flat ability power at the same price point, which is 66% more ability power than the passive ability power riftmaker gives you at 2% bonus hp with liandry's torment. Unless you are afraid to die to mundo, the benefit of liandry's torment in combination with lich bane awards you 45 more dmg on Q as well. Both methods provide enough dmg for your E. Or is the damage amp from rift maker that broken? Edit: the only reason i mention Q is because you max it second. EEdit: Lich proc = sheen if liandry's torment is in inventory. assuming both items are purchased ~lvl10

In a gank scenario it provides much more healing than lich bane (which is low, with empowered Q). Riftmaker allow higher chances of winning a 2v1
